Standard Course Refund Policy
Our standard refund policy for courses is as follows:
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our courses. If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of enrollment, provided the following conditions are met:
- You have not completed more than 25% of the course content;
- You have not downloaded a significant portion of the course materials;
- You have not received a certificate of completion;
- You provide a valid reason for your refund request.
After the 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day period, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to the following conditions:
- 25-50% Course Completion: Partial refund of 50% of the original purchase price may be considered;
- More than 50% Course Completion: No refund will be provided;
- Exceptional Circumstances: Full or partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for documented exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies or technical issues on our platform that significantly impact your ability to access the course).
Specialized Programs and Bundles
For specialized programs, course bundles, or courses with personalized instruction components, the following refund terms apply:
Specialized Programs
Programs that include personalized instruction, mentorship, or one-on-one feedback are subject to the following refund terms:
- Before Program Start: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee;
- Within 7 Days of Program Start: 75% refund;
- After 7 Days of Program Start: No refund will be provided.
Course Bundles
For course bundles or package deals:
- Within 14 Days of Purchase: Full refund if you have accessed fewer than 2 courses in the bundle and have not completed more than 25% of any individual course;
- After 14 Days or Significant Access: Partial refund may be considered, calculated based on the regular price of courses accessed minus the bundle discount.
Promotional or Discounted Purchases
For courses purchased at a promotional or discounted rate:
- Courses Purchased at More Than 40% Discount: These purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law;
- Courses Purchased with Promotional Codes: Refunds for these courses will be for the amount actually paid, not the original course price;
- Free Courses or Trial Periods: No refunds are applicable for free courses or during free trial periods.
Cancellation by MORDEN FURNITURE WORLD LTD
In the rare event that MORDEN FURNITURE WORLD LTD needs to cancel a course or program:
- Before Course Start: Full refund will be provided;
- During the Course: Prorated refund based on the portion of the course that was not delivered;
- Course Rescheduling: If a course is rescheduled rather than cancelled, you will have the option to either continue with the new schedule or receive a full refund.
In cases where MORDEN FURNITURE WORLD LTD cancels a course, we will make reasonable efforts to notify all enrolled students as soon as possible.
How to Request a Refund

Account Credits
In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer account credits:
- Account credits may be offered at a higher value than the equivalent cash refund;
- Credits can be used for future course purchases or other educational services offered by MORDEN FURNITURE WORLD LTD ;
- Account credits typically remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue;
- Account credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
Course Transfers
As an alternative to refunds, we offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a different course:

- If the new course has a higher price, you will need to pay the difference;
- If the new course has a lower price, you will receive the difference as an account credit;
